Ollie turns up with a proper bar, sets it up, and hands your guests a cocktail that tastes like it came from a good bar in town. Then he packs it all down and leaves. You get to stand in your own garden with a drink in your hand and talk to your friends.

Common questions
Do you supply the alcohol, or do we?
Either. BYO usually works out cheaper. You buy the spirits at retail and we bring everything else, plus the knowledge of exactly how much to get. If you'd rather not think about it, we'll quote it fully supplied.
What do you need from us on the day?
A flat patch about two metres wide, and a power point within reach if you want anything frozen. That's it. We bring the bar, ice, glassware, tools, garnish and bins.
How far do you travel?
The Northern Beaches is home and there's no travel charge. We go anywhere in Sydney. North Shore and greater Sydney carry a small travel fee, which the estimator above already accounts for.
Is there a minimum booking?
Two hours of service, and a minimum spend we'll confirm when you send us the date. Most events run three to five hours.
How far ahead should we book?
For a Saturday between October and March, as early as you can. That's peak season on the Beaches. Midweek and winter dates are usually fine with a couple of weeks' notice.
What happens if it rains?
We set up under cover if there is any, and we've worked through worse. We'll talk through the wet-weather plan when we lock the date, so you won't be left deciding on the morning.
Do you do non-alcoholic drinks?
Always, and properly. Every menu includes at least one no-alcohol option built with the same fresh juice as everything else.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. RSA certified and fully insured. Venues that ask for paperwork can have it in writing.
