What it is
Bottled the day before you get them.
Not a shelf-stable mixer with a two-year date on the back. Fresh juice, real fruit, batched by hand in small runs and delivered cold.
It suits the nights that don't need a bartender: a picnic at Whale Beach, a boat day, a dinner party where you'd rather sit down than shake forty drinks. For a bigger party we bring the bar instead. Keep it in the fridge, pour it over ice, put a wedge in it.
Each swing-top bottle pours roughly six to eight drinks.

No concentrate. No powder. No numbers on the label.
Every batch is juiced, mixed, funnelled and capped by Ollie, in small runs, days before it reaches you.
That's why it tastes like a cocktail rather than a cordial, and it's also why we can't make a thousand of them. Order a few days ahead where you can.

Ollie is working on a canned range, starting with the spicy margarita, that you will be able to buy without booking anything. Same fresh approach, just easier to carry to the beach.

Questions about the bottles
How many drinks in a bottle?
Roughly six to eight, depending on how heavy-handed you are with the ice.
How long does it keep?
It's made with fresh juice and no preservatives, so treat it like juice. Keep it in the fridge and drink it within about a week.
How much notice do you need?
A few days is ideal because everything is batched to order. Ask anyway if it's shorter, because sometimes there's stock.
Do you deliver?
Across the Northern Beaches, yes. Elsewhere in Sydney by arrangement.
Do I need anything else?
Ice, a glass and a lime. That's genuinely it.
Can I get them for a party without hiring the bar?
That's exactly what they're for. A lot of people do bottles for the early part of the night and book the bar for a bigger event later.
