Balcony setups need depth behind the bar. Where there isn't any, the bar goes inside and the balcony stays for the people.
Building managers want a loading dock booking and a certificate of currency before a bar comes upstairs. Ask and the insurance goes across the same day, instead of the afternoon you need it.
