A bar on the lawn, and nobody watching the clock.
Wedding and engagement bar hire across the Northern Beaches, from Palm Beach to Manly and the backyards in between.
- Fresh juice
- Real fruit
- Squeezed that day
- Nothing from a mix bottle
The day itself
The drinks are the bit everyone remembers, and the bit nobody plans.
You've booked a photographer, a florist and a band. Then someone asks who's pouring, and suddenly it's your uncle behind a trestle table with a bag of ice and warm prosecco.
We turn up hours early, set the bar where it looks best, and run it from the first arrival to the last song. The same setup covers engagement parties and milestone birthdays. Your guests get a real cocktail in real glassware. You get to be at your own wedding.
Post-ceremony
That hour while you're off having photos taken
There's an hour after the ceremony where you disappear with the photographer and 80 people stand on a lawn with nothing to do and nothing to hold.
That hour is the one we're best at. We set up before the ceremony, start pouring the moment you've walked back down the aisle, and keep everyone happy and in one place until you're back. It costs less than you'd think, because it's one short service block. If you only need drinks dropped off rather than a staffed bar, we also do bottled cocktails.
What's included
The bar itself
A clean, styled bar that photographs well and doesn't look like it was hired. Umbrella if you want one.
Real glassware
Cut crystal, not plastic. Delivered, washed and taken away again.
An RSA-certified bartender
Ollie, or Ollie and a second set of hands for bigger numbers. Someone who can read a room.
A menu built for your day
Two to four cocktails chosen for the season, the setting and your crowd. Named after you if you like.
Ice, garnish, fruit, tools
Squeezed that morning. Enough ice, which nobody ever brings enough of.
Setup and pack-down
We arrive early and leave the space exactly as we found it. No bin bags left for the morning.

Questions from couples
Can you do the post-ceremony hour only?
Yes, and it's one of our most-booked things. Two hours is our minimum, which covers the ceremony gap and the start of the reception comfortably.
Do you work with our venue or caterer?
Happily. We'll talk to them directly about access, power and timings so you don't have to relay it.
Can the cocktails be named after us?
Yes. Printed menu cards on the bar are included, and they end up in a lot of photos.
What if our guest numbers change?
Tell us up to about a week out and we'll adjust the quote. Numbers always move; it's not a problem.
Is there a minimum spend?
Two hours of service and a minimum spend we'll confirm when you send us the date.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, and RSA certification. Most venues ask for both, so we'll send the paperwork straight to them.
Saturdays in summer go first.
October to March is peak season on the Beaches. Send us the date and we'll tell you straight away whether it's free.
