Sloping blocks and long driveways
Newport is built on a hill, so the flat part of the block is the last thing you get to. The bar comes apart and goes down in pieces.
What slows it down is a driveway with a gate at the bottom and nowhere to turn. If the van parks on Barrenjoey Road the carry is longer and setup starts earlier. That costs notice, not money.
Bilgola, Bungan and the streets off the Bilgola Bends are the same drive and the same arrangement.
Pool surrounds work as a spot for the bar. Glass near water is the one thing to decide in advance, and we'll bring alternatives if you'd rather not.

Not usually. Tell us before the day and setup simply starts earlier.
Can the bar go by the pool?
Yes. Glass near a pool is worth deciding in advance, and we can bring alternatives.
How long do you need to set up?
About ninety minutes on a normal block, a little more on a steep one. It isn't counted as service time either way.
